Why,
In my opinion Adelaide are technically the best team in the league who happen to have a very good coach who is also a gentleman. Not like some of the other "coaches" who carry on like fools when things don't go their way during the game.
But, the Victory front line is lethal and easily the best forward line in the country. Adelaide are better all round though.

Discipline could hamper them as they are proficient at the niggly stuff and I can see a few yellow and red cards flying around if the going gets tough.

Sydney FC are playing efficient if not spectacular football with key players showing a bit of form of late. There are defensive weaknesses but all the top teams have had a few wobbles. Playing at home appears to be a bit of an Achilles Heal for them this season though so if they do play Adelaide in a couple of weeks it will be very interesting !!

My heart says Sydney FC but Victory will be hard to toss. Agree with kooky, Victory forwards are lethal.

Just get Berisha riled up in the first 10-15mins and get him red carded, and Sydney FC will be A OK.

If I was the coach I would definitely tell one of my backs to say whatever it takes to Berisha.

What a wonderful choice they made for the captain of the best A-league team. Muscat, such a great player and gentleman of our game who sets a good standard for all our footballing youth.
Then naming A DelPiero on the bench, a magnificent choice. Lucky they couldn't think of a home grown player and went for grandpa instead. Of course he did bring plenty of success to Syd FC. 2 years finishing in the bottom 4,well done.

Yes, two wonderful awards in his life.....firstly was nominated the dirtiest player in the world and then captain of the A-League team of the decade.

I'd would like to know who the selectors were. Surely it's a joke.
