When will WSW supporter learn, flares are illegal and illegal for a reason.
If there is anyone to blame for a 13yr old being pepper sprayed, it is these idiots and the kids parent for not getting him out of there as soon as trouble started.
Why you would even have a minor in that area is beyond belief.
