I see one of the Wanderers players has made the wrong type of news. This is something all codes could do without. I hope the FFA has some sort of system in place to deal with this. The A-League has to be tough on player's and official's behaviour. If the young bloke is innocent, good but if he is guilty he should be sacked in my opinion. Get tough right from the start or we'll end up like the Rugby codes with a new dilemma every 2nd week.

Jeez baldies boys are hacks though, two of the goals were runaway counter-attacks , final score should have been more even. We had a lot of seldom used players on too, not sure why, part of Poppa's rotation policy to cope with the game load? It was still a great game to be at.

But if the schedule for the Asian Cup is too much for the little daffodils just withdraw from it....and cut out the whinge excuses.

They have to be tired and jaded. There is no way most of those players have ever had such a sustained workload that they have been put under before.
