Should the clubs have points taken away because of crowd issues ? How did they get it in? The crowd control and especially there own supporters are the home clubs responsibility. Of course points should be taken off them, but its very clear the FFA and A league want the Wanderers in the semis, after all they do have a great following and really create the best atmosphere by a long shot.

It very hard to stop banned trouble makers from going to the games. They change appearance and so forth. How can the security pick up on each individual at the grounds around the country ?
Take competition points off the club and let the supporter base deal with it. The trouble makers will soon be weeded out or given up. There are much more good WSW supporters than bad ones. There is no right answer for this problem but we are dealing with disrespectful, arrogant thugs and trouble making imbeciles who couldn't care less about the WSW or the A-League. The good thing is that it's still in infancy in our country and it can be stamped out. I advise the FFA to stop using the softly, softly approach and use the sledge hammer method and clean it up good and proper. If they don't, it will get as bad as overseas and that will kill the game over here.

The SFC fans are a wonderful example for all the A-League supporters to follow. I heard that the couple of SFC fans that got into trouble last week were WSW supporters wearing SFC shirts, seriously that is a very low act !

I agree with what your saying here...but it's time for the clubs that are having these issues do something about it. The Wanderers were going to do absolute nothing about their latest indiscretion by their supporters until they were backed into a corner, and then had to act. I have many friends that are great Wanderers supporters and they are at the point where they have had enough...bloody sad stuff...

Oh and getting to the question asked...maybe YES to points deducted will do the trick....as warnings and threats from FFA has done very little.

Funny that, most of the Wanderers regulars I know had a good old chuckle (also Perth fans I spoke to last night). Yes they pushed the boundaries but this thing's been blown out of all proportion.

I'm surprised that most of the RBB are able to get weekend release so often...
