I had a look at some of the G12s results and UTS have had some good wins, most notably 22-1 and 14-1. They must have had some training before surely; 22-1 was their FIRST game. However Sutherland Futsal G12s had a blinder of a first game 33-0. Yes, you read that right 33-0 for their first game. That's a goal every 1.21 minutes. Impressive I think. Really think those girls are wasting their time playing SL though

Yes sutho is a good team, but to put this win of 33-0 in perspective. It was against a team of 4 only including goalkeeper no reserves, sutho had 10 in their team, so 2 x full teams. Felt sorry for the other team their club was obviously Not prepared. The 14 girls only had 2 x players and forfeited their game, if you look at this clubs scores they should not be playing in the comp, the boys teams I think under 12s are over minus 120 in goal difference.

Yeah Boxhead, sounds like a rough game for those on the receving end for sure - three players and GK does not a futsal team make.
The BU12 at that club are currently -134 GD, and the GU12s are -86. Kudos to the boys, girls and parents from those teams that turn up every week for their game knowing that the game result will generally not go their way.
On another topic, as I said earlier, UTS will most likely win the CC. Does anyone know, does that mean they go up to PL next season? IMO they should be playing PL.

Ladysmith, ALL clubs must reapply for each season for either League, as they need to meet the criteria i.e. court size etc. Having said that it would be very unusual for them not to be admitted into P/L

Anyone know the scores for the games between Taipans and Sutherland?
How does it take so long to enter scores. Some of the teams can make it happen in less than hour after the game finishes

Why are basketball courts acceptable for "State League" futsal.
It makes a mockery of the competition.
At the very least clubs should suffer a financial penalty for hiring tiny playing surfaces or more reasonably forfeit all points when supplying postage stamps to play on.
Other clubs cough up the money to play at international size courts.
(Raiders playing at Whitlam which could be marked properly given the building size) (Some matches I heard were played at Bernie Mullane which is too small)
Every match in the comp should be on a comparable size as differences can skew cresults and therefore promotion to PL.

You are 100% correct! some of the playing courts are ridiculous there should some consistency amongst all clubs and this should form part of the criteria for entry into state league! while we are having a whinge the games commencement times should be the same across the board week in week out.

Interesting results in Super League this weekend. UTS have taken the lead in the Club Champs and has a good draw running in. They have one hard round (vs Sutherland) but all other top teams have 2 hard rounds out 4. My call is UTS to win Super League Club Championship by 14 over Sutherland/Taipans. I'm impressed jabrack. Final result (subject to outcome of decision on an abandoned game) UTS take SL Club Championship by 13 over Taipans. Not a bad prediction given the number of rounds left when you made your comment. Who will win the World Cup?

Can anyone explain why in the youth ladder in state league has taipans and sutherland had 3 points deducted off them? Seems fnsw are going hard on clubs deducting points.

If it was only a small brawl, then only deduct 1 point each!
