How good are Adelaide to watch? A few of their players are a country mile above "the athletes" going around in the A-League.

Adelaide's passing and positioning was very good. The forwards played well but they should pull the trigger earlier. They should have put 10 away. The WSW keeper also played well and saved a couple of goals. The way Adelaide played last night, they are a step above in this league.

Yes, could have been a cricket score...another reminder of intelligent, possession based football over athletes that have limited decision making skills. Give me teams that create many opportunities any day.

I really like Adelaide's coach. Gentleman and a good bloke. It's obvious the players and the people around him like the bloke. The " Great Grub " of Aussie football told him to F off a couple of weeks ago and he just ignored the bald headed imbecile. He is a class above.

Recent comments by Sharks ( Rugby League) new CEO, Lyle Gorman suggest the Sharks will apply for the 3rd Sydney A-League License in 2017. Might just be a goer ?

The Sharks have a great reputation, drunks, thugs, drug cheats etc.

They also own a ground, have a licensed club next to it and are located within the biggest football Association in Australia.

tarzan,
If you include the WSW weekend release passes, they would out do Adelaide by a mile !

The Melbourne Victory coach's reputation has rubbed off onto his captain. Now Victory has 2 huge grubs at the club. I'm not sure if the FFA can site Captain Grub or not, but he deserves 8 weeks plus for that elbow, minimum.

Well, I would have liked to have seen the Wanderers game played on land instead of a lake. Maybe a different out come, who knows.

I agree. To me WSW look jaded and slow. I reckon some of the players are probably glad they can concentrate on the A-League only. Still, it was a great run for them.
Now I can start giving it to them again.
