You can wear them no problem they must not be sharp or have rough edges. This part is at the discretion of the assist ref /ref when the players equipment is checked. Apparently they are a lot better in the wet.

As long as they are safe, no problem. I find the 'cleat' style of boot can be more dangerous than the metal studs.

Metal studs can be worn anytime as long as they are in good condition. Overseas they are the stud of choice in most european countries with the moulded sole boots worn in dry or icy conditions. They can be and should be used when there is a wet pitch but are also imo much better for footing on well grassed fields. Ballboy I concur that the cleat boots can be a dangerous option and that if using moulded soles the old 13 stud pattern did not seem to cause the problems suffered by sportsmen wearing cleat style studs.

Back in my day the nylon studs were often more dangerous than metal ones when worn down.

Back in my day we'd grab a pair of the old man's work boots and push a few roofing nails through the soles. The refs would only consider them dangerous if the nails were rusty. Of course we were much tougher back then!!

Thats for South American youngsters who then go on to become champions! I read in Roy Keane's autobiography that his parents couldn't afford any fancy boots so they got him a cheap pair to play in - didn't do him any harm and diadora paid him big money to wear their boots years later.

What about metal studs in the matches where the boys play the girls? The boys are allowed to wear them but what about the girls? They just throw tantrums! ;D

Hey this post is quite nice. I am really impressed with these details. Well, for my workouts I too have to purchase new t-shirts and bottoms for the summer season but I am not able to decide on the brands. I was just wondering if you have any reviews about alo yoga pants and tops, please let me know.
