1)Isn't JA a former/current FNSW Board Member?? 2) Do clubs survey parents for feedback on their experience across many levels (oh yes one does)? 3) Do clubs hold parent info sessions several times throughout the year? Prepared to stand there and take any questions and in some cases unreasonable ones? (Oh yes one does). Anyway its a much bigger issue than that. At the core of the problem is all that wonderful football culture that many like to bring in to every football discussion ....its that stuff that is killing development. AND IT AINT GONNA CHANGE EVER!😁😁

So Tarzan is it all perfect at Northern Tigers? Sounds like it (from you only) that it is.

We know what the sport is and unfortunately so do the kids.
Conflict of interest runs right through the sport.
I wouldn't waste my time making a complaint to FNSW, just looking at some of there coaching appointments and selections over the years its hard to take them seriously.
Parents fear retribution ? Lol. From who ?

All of the football codes are having the same issues. It's a sign of the times. As a former referee I can tell you that it is definitely getting worse in our game. 75% of the new generation of parents are IMBECILES and this filters down to their children.
