If the question is what do the clubs pay to FNSW, then there are many potential fees/fines. Many fines are for admin errors or delays (i.e. errors on team sheets, failure to enter results on time etc). These can be conlove of my lifeed or eliminated by the club. However there are large fees/fines for being called to a GPT (General Purpose Tribunal) and also of red cards in Youth, Men and Womens.

Clubs pay an administration fee enter the competition $1000 Clubs administrate after work hours for free. Clubs are entering own results, printing game sheets at own cost. As bestia wrote, doing own yellow card count and entering all the data online. What are clubs paying administration fees for when all the administration is done for free by volunteers.
Shame clubs are continuously being punished while paid employees do bugger all, they dont answer phone and reply to emails when they find the time in between their long meetings about nothing.

That is exactly my point. What are they doing in that office?

Lets see if I can help everyone with some honest and precise information. Futsal is a great game,it helps develop some great outdoor players.Have a look at how many FUTSAL players SYDNEY FC have in their 1st grade not to mention the YOUTH TEAM.At the end of the day Futsal are babysitters for the outdoor during the off season.........lets be honest,if there was outdoor training the same time as indoor, the player will go to outdoor as he/she is scared of missing out.The outdoor game is run much more strictly than indoor. However I must say that the kids playing Futsal absolutely love it.Futsal is a gathering of many passionate people who love the game and want it to go forward. All but a few individuals do not make a cent out of the game.As a matter of fact they spend countless amount of time and money purely on the grounds of being passionate and enjoying the sport. What is the Role of Football Nsw ?what is the role of the Club? What is the process of entering STATE/PREMIER LEAGUE FUTSAL.
The process of entering the Leagues ----------------------------------------- Each Club applies through a very well detailed application forms. With the application one needs to pay $1000 entry fees. The Soccernsw board decides whether you are accepted or not.
The role of Soccer Nsw -------------------------- Someone has to govern the Sport?it is not good for an individual to do so......It simply has to be governed by SoccerNsw SoccerNsw charges registration fees for Juniors/Seniors. They appoint the referees, they check all team sheets, they run the Judicial system within the game.......there are always problems with Fights, referees, coaches etc......there is always something. They run the finals at Soccernsw cost, they speak to individual Clubs if they have any issues, they produce the cards.ONE MIGHT SAY IT IS NOT MUCH TO DO BUT SOMEONE HAS TO DO IT.
The roles of the Clubs ------------------------ Organise Trials for selection of players. Find training venues....big problem Find games venue Organise uniforms Collect registration fees.....very hard Organise coaches Do the team sheets and much much more.
OK.....we are aware of what each organisation needs to do,whether they do it well or not is another matter. All I can assure you is this.
Soccer New South Wales do not just deduct points. They warn you well in advance, they email you, they call you.The problem that has arisen in the STATE LEAGUE is unfortunate and it happened because the Clubs concerned did not take Soccer Nsw seriously.................the VERY VERY SAD part is the Bosses of these Futsal Clubs are sick over what happened and I am quite sure they realise their mistakes. The POOR KIDS who played all year all of a sudden are out of the competition ................and they do not understand why?and they have every right to be angry.
Who is to blame for this BIG MESS --------------------------------------- The Clubs should have been more serious about the consequences if they did not oblige. Soccer Nsw has now set the rules straight,no one is going to mess with them......not a bad thing. When you pay your bills on time you can demand things, when you are always late you are at their mercy. However they could have been much more compassionate towards the kids and not let them miss out. They should have punished the Club as a whole and the individuals running it.
Lesson to be learnt ----------------------- Instead of have 21 Clubs whereby 16 are struggling, lets have lesser Clubs.Do your homework for next year if the numbers do not add up JUST DO NOT DO IT......................Everyone is quick to jump and criticise....DONT................WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES.

Good points, yes they may have been warned but why deduct the points AFTER the club paid outstanding debt.? Why not fine the club a fee each day after deadline instead of deducting points?

OK,i got caught out,i am not a Sydney FC follower.................they still have Nick Carle(great futsal player)....Young players like Antonis,abini,amini,hagi,petratos,Calver,........................I can name a dozen Futsal players playing in Europe.FUTSAL HAS BEEN GREAT for these players. The Clubs would have been told that if they finished 3rd or 4th,they would lose the points regardless of the outcome.I am not here to protect Soccer Nsw but Clubs are also accountable for their miss management....SOCCER NSW can be blamed some times but not all the time.It has been a good lesson for all of us involved in the sport.I realise there are a couple of upset team.It is only upsetting because 3rd or 4th did win......what if they lost.........The Clubs would have paid for the 1st/2nd team in order to continue in the competition and everything would have gone un noticed.................FOOD FOR THOUGHT

That's why a deadline is a deadline. Even though it was paid marginally late, Sutherland knew the timeframe, rolled the dice and unfortunately suffered the penalty. Somebody has to put their hand up and say I stuffed up and tender my resignation. When money is involved the responsibility of doing it right becomes paramount

On a positive note,
i believe the format of the PL and SL is absolutely brilliant. It is a credit to the Clubs and Soccer Nsw.I would like to know in which State or country is Futsal played whereby,
-10 games are played one after the other in an orderly fashion(including development whereby soccernsw do not support in any shape or form) -All games are of the same value to the Clubs (club championship) -Referees are reliable ,I have never had a referee fail to attend a game. -The kids have centre stage like Open Men......as a matter of fact more people watch the kids than the Men. -All Clubs are well uniformed. -You get 8 hours of continuous entertainment. -A gala dinner is organised(at a cost obviously........at least you feel like a Hollywood star for a night) -Awards given on the Gala night.
As to the point of MY Club................................It shows you that one is passionate. I just want to bring to your attention that it is very hard to get volunteers who are 100% committed when they do not have kids involved. The ones that do not have kids involved are more likely to be fairer across the board than not.Would a volunteer continue to help if their child hardly plays?...............................Yes you are right there is a lot of politics in all sports(terrible).I am a great believer that one must be selected on merit and not on the basis of HOW DEEP THE PARENTS POCKETS ARE.All Clubs have many many kids who are not able to pay registration fees. What do you do?do they miss out?is that fair?is that what the lucky country has to offer to elite but poor sportsman.I HAVE AN IDEA..............................................
Why doesn't FOOTBALL AUSTRALIA have a special fund for such kids. Each Club will have to put the Player's case forward.I am sure there are some wealthy individuals who are prepared to have a FUND named after them to help ELITE POOR ATHLETES.....................

New ideas is always a good start.
The reference made about MY club is not remotely close to being passionate, that individual is clearly stating it is his or her way or the highway,
Reading of that post tells you that not taking selective words.
FFA fund has merit, not sure how to police the use of it however, could be tricky.
The point about not been able to play without payment.
We are in a user pays society, if one can't pay, don't buy it.

Sad position to be in,if a kid has no money he/she can not participate.Dont get me wrong,i do realise that it is reality.Fortunately in every Club someone sticks their neck out to let these kids play.As to me being TM......no no no.I sometimes refer to them as Football nsw, sometimes soccer nsw......................does it realy make a difference. This weekend will be great Futsal.Everyone is a winner once you make the GF.

"Everyone is a winner once you make the GF"
Tell that to the team that loses! That comment is just 21st century "everyone-is-a-winner" political correctness gone stupid.
Of course it is a very good achievement to reach a Grand Final, but honestly, "everyone is a winner"...
Last time I saw they intended to keep score in every game to determine the Winner and Runner Up... I do n ot mean to "offend" the Runner Up but it is a competition, not a social participation league...
