looks like la liga is now unofficially the best league in the world with the likes of kaka, ronaldo, benzema, messi and the best team in the world FCBARCELONA!!!! I didnt realise that Barca had won the World Club challenge without taking the field !!! Let's see how all these show ponies perform at Real before making a judgement on how good la liga is. There's going to be a few high profile 'benchies' down there !!!

i think united need to concentrate on buying Sergio Aguero with the ronaldo money
theres nothing wrong with the rest of the team just need a goal scored that will get 20 to 30 goals every season

Try the rumours section. But while little timmy is an unlikely candidate, looks like wee little owen is heading your way.

Try the rumours section. But while little timmy is an unlikely candidate, looks like wee little owen is heading your way. I saw that yesterday in one UK paper and i've just seen it on Sky sports. All unconfirmed but if there is any substance to it he would have to pass the medical tests of all medical tests!! I have always rated him as a player (except for his scouse daliance but i'm prepared to forgive and forget) and it could be just the back up Fergie needs in the forwards. It would probably free up at least 20 million towards an attacking midfielder or two with money to spend on Benzema in January for a cut price fee when he's been sat on his ass in Madrid for a few months!!

i doubt owen will join manchester united, my guess is he will retire after 1 season somehwere else I've checked most of the UK newspapers on line and everyone of them is running with the story that if Owen passes a medical tomorrow (UK) he will sign for UNITED. This has the potential to be one of Fergies greatest ever deals or a monumental lack of judgment in the Massimo Taibi category! I'm backing Fergie but first Owen has to pass a medical.
