I know of many players who played SAP outside of their "Area" Some travel 1hr+ from home to different clubs any tips?? Tips for doing it or tips for which clubs accept the out of area players in SAP? I don't really want to name clubs as I'm sure it happens in more places than I know about. The issue brought one player unstuck in recent U12 State Titles. One player played out of area but trialled and was initially selected in the correct team. He was then cut because he played out of area.

FNSW were handing out $2k fines per player a couple of years back. Though if players registered address happens to be listed as grandma's house on the other side of town theres not a lot that can be done.
