So now it's about results and tables Tarzan? Let me position it this way....There is an expectation that if a team has four Australian players in it ( even at u15s) then it will spank the living daylights out of a bunch of kids that have just come from a school football match and who's only real goal is to be healthy, stay fit and enjoy playing a game with their mates.....Who's parents have no delusions about them becoming professional footballers and who put far greater emphasis on "producing" an individual who contributes to the broader community. Think that's a reasonable expectation...

Ahh, so you banging on forever about how good the NT development system is was actually more about social development of a well rounded person who can play a bit of soccer. Now I get where you are coming from.

Now I get where you are coming from. Not exactly...but yes it appears a far higher achievement than producing a single-focussed self-absorbed individual that contributes very little to society ( and then doesnt become a pro footballer anyway).

The article was about youth, not seniors
16's NT ahead by 4 points, factory has 3 games in hand 15s Factory ahead 14s Factory ahead by 1, with a game in hand 13s Factory well ahead with games in hand
Cmon T-man I knew you like to make stuff up but this is just being silly

Timing issue? The original point stands. Pick the best players and we might do better internationally. A team with 4 Australian players should be belting every team in TOP.
A few years back a single prominent Joey was single handedly destroying teams in his own age group and age groups above.
Marconi 16s last year had just 2 national players and did it.

The point with factories its about the end product not the prototype - 18s and 20s?
