You don't like the current coaching model that involves no coaching just instruct players to keep passing the ball? No skills training once you hit u14s ( presumably because your skills base is as good as it can ever be)? Minimal shooting....presumably because scoring is not that important. No instruction on technique, presumably because it's better for players to solve that for themselves. It's an interesting approach. Using the school education analogy it is akin to ditching english....because it ain't that important. And minimal talking from the teacher as it's best for kids to solve problems for themselves - teachers role diminished to supervisor.
