As if there wasn't participation number problems last season, so what do they do, add another club in Super Duper League...............................
Think that's right, 12 clubs last season, 13 this year

Spot on PTB, plenty of bang for ones buck in futsal this coming season by the looks of it. I wonder if Sutherland have a new committee given the obvious errors last season's one made.

I do note that one team is from Central Coast so thats a positive for expanding the base of players. I wonder how many teams will decide to forfeit the Canberra round as has happened in the past?

International Football School Futsal Club & Western Wolves Futsal Club are the newbies aren't they? With Greater Western Sydney Vikings out altogether.

SSFA have an expanded committee, but those who have worked their backsides off up til now remain, as they deserve to. Facts are far more important and interesting than the fiction of what supposedly happened last season...

SSFA have an expanded committee, but those who have worked their backsides off up til now remain, as they deserve to. Facts are far more important and interesting than the fiction of what supposedly happened last season... So any teams that got the flick at the pointy end of the season last year was a myth........... No, but the back-story has certainly been misrepresented and people have been wrongly persecuted. Yes it was terrible what happened to the boys, and everyone felt gutted for them, and can understand they felt rightly aggrieved. But there were circumstances and activity that were mitigating of the outcome that some did not wish to take note of. That too is understandable at the time as emotions were high, as they rightly should be when young boys have their season ripped from them for nothing they did. But given the passing of time I would expect that there is some acknowledgement of the whole story. One of the teams I coach at SSFA was almost a victim of the events, and though I would have been upset if it cost us a GF spot, I would have remained at the club because I know the truth behind the whole story. That is not to say mistakes were not made, and improvements are thus necessary, but I suggest you follow the X-Files motto and understand the 'truth is out there' if you look. Don't just listen to gossip, innuendo and defamation of people's efforts. I know that is a trait of this forum, but really, sometimes the attacks are completely un-justified, and this is a case in point. BTW I was not on the committee last season, but will be on it for this coming season, and hope to be with the club for many years to come.

RYB, if he is talking about who I think he is. Noone who assaults a minor physically, has any business being in any sort of authoritative role around them.

I was told never to pick on anyone bigger than me. That only leaves minors!
