My mail tells one celebrated coach will be a spectator for a couple of fixtures.
Guess who, don’t sue.

How is it a certain PL1 team has a girl that is playing from the Grade 13 to the Open women with the strict Age Eligibility Guidelines sent out by FNSW this year. Also same club has a player playing with a hard plaster cast on their wrist and they place a bandage over the top of it to play. Has this law changed as it used to be deemed as a dangerous object on the field and players could not play with a hard cast on any body part?

Several of their teams are built around one big, dominant ( early maturer) player who plays full game in own age and then plays a couple of extra age groups. They certainly take winning very seriously out that way...

Players can play up provided they are approved by Fnsw.

The regulations say otherwise.
Even with parent permission and club permission, there is still a age limitation :
Open women minimum age is 16.
So how can someone playing in the 13's play in the women.
And there is still the fact that this player is playing with a hard cast on her arm?
What because she is a good player everyone wants to turn a blind eye to the rules.

FNSW enforce rules and regulations when it suits and are administrated by inept agenda seeking individuals that run from top to bottom. Is it any wonder there are so many issues simply intentionally hidden by those that can or just forgotten. Their very own department staff don’t have full knowledge of the rules they administer upon. Only in the last couple of weeks there was one and the end result was clear yet the idiot/s in charge stamped their own determination on the matter rather than applying the rules. It wasn’t rocket science.

How true TDL. It is such a shame as they crucify some and let others go at the expense of all who are involved.
A great idea would be to play by the rules, one rule for everyone and the same consequences for everyone.

The Death Star understands a Futsal club has failed to submit their financial records to the DFT since the 30/6/2012.
That’s right, almost 6 long years, yet are still allowed to be part of the FNSW Futsal Competitions.
One only has to revisit the Botany Bay Pirates fiasco a couple of seasons ago to understand the importance of financial compliance.
For the moment I shall not name the club or its self appointed Executive Committee but that day draws nearer.
Finally, it is very hard to defend what is available on the public record when that information is so damning.

How on earth does a Futsal Club operate year to year and not submit mandatory financial record keeping to the Department of Fair Trading.

I’m told this PL 2 club has an accountant as a Executive Committee member.
God help anyone using his services.

So Inner West have pulled the pin on this coming season.
How long until FNSW finally relinquish control over Futsal?
