Should have put this under an NT thread as no others will be advising coaches to players this early. Can close thread now😁

Boys, boys settle down. If that's what the Northern Turds want to do, that's their choice.

Like the sound of what Northern Tigers' aim to do so Tarzan is doing a good advertising job so in the same vein, could people name other good development clubs for youth n SAP in other areas? Serious question btw. Thanks

Following coaches alone is a dangerous practice when many clubs still rotate them mid season. Choose based on the complete package - coach, players, club, development, results, SAP, Youth, Snrs, Retention policy, culture, philosophy, ethics, poaching policy ( or lack thereof)...

If it's youth development you're looking for then it's all about the coaching, club and also opportunities

Now that NPL1-3 and SAP 99% season completed, who are the incumbent coaches in all SAP & YTH grades in 2017? We can then compare what we know vs clubs media releases come trials in October 2017 and come beginning of Season in March 2018, we will all be shocked, lets start a table ..

I believe that bankstown united have not found a coach for under 14 for 2019 with trials coming up this weekend how dose that work should a future coach have an input into player selection or is to the TD discretion pls excuse if this is a silly question

They will use the TD I guess. I know GC is the TD there and he has a lot of experience with youth.
You will need to ask yourself do you want to be at a club that can’t even find a coach
