was there last two days in my opinion Boys big difference btw premier and super Girls not so much - maybe coaching more than anythingI think most super league clubs are competitive in girls with premier based upon what i saw - probably different over a full season - but girls a lot closer - boys from what i saw like chalk and cheese- You may want to revise your comments re boys SL teams being weaker. SL teams made GF in 13s won 14s won 15s not sure on 16s I will support flatline here. In most cases PL v SL - there is a significant difference in ability. The team my son played in had about a +30 goal differential after playing against 3 SL teams in the qualifying rounds. Needless to say SL teams though can still win but it is the exception rather than the norm. Majik 14s played a fantastic game and thoroughly deserved their win (not sure on this but I think you will find that the team did have some PL players to boost their ranks - can someone confirm?) Majik 14s also won last year with a number of players from SCE I think I also think you will find that there were no PL teams competing in the 13s and 15s competitions - those comps were largely made up of teams outside the FNSW competition structure

14s majik had no premier league assistance, normal team with 2 boys added with no futsal affiliation. they beat Syd City, Quake and inner west along the way. deserving! inner west coaches were an embarrassment, 1st they hassled the refs until they were threatened with expulsion then turned on the opposition boys. quality role models!

You won the game fair and square - bitter comments after the event are not necessary. If there were issues they were not obvious to the majority unlike some other things I saw during the weekend. I'd hate to see your response had you lost - two thumbs up to the inner west staff you did a great job!!

no bitter comments, just accounting the game. DK was warned one more out burst and he would be ejected. he then turned the abuse to my boys team. FACT

After thinking again I couldn't let it go Are we talking about the coaches who after the game displayed grace and dignity in defeat - shook hands with opposing players coaches and referees. Praised the efforts of the opposition in defeat during the presentation speech and instigated to take a combined photo with both teams. To me that's pretty good example of how to behave.

not taking anything away from super league but who ever did the draw put alot of premier teams against each other where as usually u put one in each group So why were quake the only PL club in their group? Why not put a weaker PL club in that position.

wheel barrow, i too can't let this go. Yes 15 mins after the game they put on a great show. I'm talking about during the game and immediately after, very different! They may not have been obvious to you and your other parents but they were to many in attendance. In the heat of the moment, one's true self is shown. As was the case yesterday. Abusing the referee, once warned then turning that abuse toward 14 yr old boys. My response if the Majik boys had lost would have been much different, because your coaches would have behaved MUCH BETTER.

Any other results? Who won the 14 Girls and Open Men's? A quality Vipers team over an inexperienced but gallant Dural side with six players and injuries galore 3-1. It would have been unexpected win by Dural who gave it their best shot. Well done to Vipers worthy 14's girls state champs!
